Our dogs

With both Vembie and Booba there has never been a dull moment, they loved eachother from about the second week (Booba was too much of a wildman for Vembie at first!)Both have always gotten along with eachother as well as other dogs and animals (including cats and horses!)They both enjoy chasing RC cars and boats as well as the larger variety, such as snowmobiles and ATVs. As most dogs, they love to play fetch, but if you plan on throwing something be prepared to chase them around for 20 minutes or so (or until they get tired) to get your fetch toy back. Our goal is to have dogs that are members of our family, Dogs who are friendly, playful, loyal and dedicated guardians as well as being strong examples of the Boerboel breed standard.

Wordens November Reign

As a puppy Vembie showed no fear of people or animals and has always been the first dog to the door when company comes by. Vembie has been an abosolute joy to own and she is the sweetest well mannered dog I have ever met. She is fabulous with kids and great with other animals, but... the time a black bear came into our yard, she was ready to deffend us with her life!

Induna Djuma (Booba)

Booba arrived from South Africa February of 2007, at the airport we opened his crate and he blasted out and started licking my face, It was love at first sight! While I was pregnant I babysat a little girl who is in grade school, Everyday when I picked her up from school Booba and I sat outside waiting, Booba, showing no reluctance giving kisses and getting kisses from all the children as they walked by. Booba is the clown of the house with tons of energy and more love than you can measure. Booba loves to romp and play with Vembie (especially when she doesn't want to)
